About Us

 

          My name is Lark Trowell, owner of Nitro Property Clean-Up Services, LLC establish May 29, 2008, and we are located in Denver, Colorado and serving the Greater Metro Denver Area for the Mortgage Field Service Industry. We are here to assist you in many areas of concern; Property Preservation, Securing and Maintenance, Residential Property Cleaning, Inspections and Construction Clean Up Services.

 

         We offer securing, complete residential cleaning, debris removal (interior and exterior) including but not limited to; lock changes, window boarding, lawn service, digital pictures, winterization, household hazardous waste removal, vehicle removal, clean up for construction and remolding companies also field service inspections.

 

         It is our hope to be “A Powerful Source of Service” in the Denver metro area. We are taking this opportunity to serve our community our city and our country.

   

 

 

 

 

        Nitro Property Clean-Up Services, LLC serves the Five County Metro Area; Adams County, Arapahoe County, Denver County, Douglas County and Jefferson County.

 

 

        With the growing number of vacant properties in almost all areas of the housing industry,  (foreclosures, rental properties, new and remodeled construction) and the need for these properties to be kepted maintained and have minor repairs completed and the r&r of broken or damaged household utilities. Nitro Property Clean-Up Services, LLC will offer certain services to protect, secure and maintain real properties. We will be the eyes and ears for property owners, managers and all related parties responsible for the upkeep and care of real properties. Because all of these areas are so very important, it will be equally important to offer Inspection Services to inspect properties to insure that properties have been maintained and to report it’s conditions to the responsible parties and in situations where the client request contact to be made for information, we will perform these types of inspections for clients.
